Aurora University’s Phillips Library is seeking an Information Services Librarian who supports learning by providing student centered instruction and reference services. The Information Services Librarian is a versatile and imaginative librarian who can develop and deliver appropriate information literacy instruction with a keen awareness of new technologies whose main responsibilities are to be a liaison to academic departments and schools and provide high quality student oriented reference services.
Librarians with experience in planning and executing information literacy instruction to library users in an academic library setting are encouraged to apply. Familiarity with online library resources, with an emphasis on Health Science and Social Work resources is preferred.
